Our client, a leading organization in the logistics and supply chain industry, is seeking a Warehouse Associate to join their team. As a Warehouse Associate, you will be part of the warehouse operations supporting inventory management, quality control, and efficient material handling. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, teamwork, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Warehouse Associate
Location: Delta, BC
Pay Range: $17.85
Shift: 6am to 2:30pm
What's the Job?
- Receive and inspect incoming goods for accuracy, quantity, and condition against purchase orders and delivery documentation.
- Unload shipments using appropriate equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, forklifts) while following all safety procedures.
- Label, sort, and store materials in designated warehouse locations according to company standards.
- Update inventory systems to maintain accurate stock levels and report any discrepancies or damages promptly.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (inventory control, quality, and outbound) to ensure smooth material flow and timely processing.
