Job Overview:

Our distribution center operates with 7 levels, requiring a skilled and reliable driver.

Key Responsibilities:

– **Order Picking and Packing:**
– Accurately pick products from designated locations using order pickers, reach trucks, and other equipment.
– Pack products securely to ensure safe and efficient shipping.
– Verify the accuracy of orders picked and packed.
– **Equipment Operation:**
– Operate reach trucks, order pickers, sit-down counterbalance forklifts, and stand-on pallet riders safely and efficiently.
– Perform routine inspections and maintenance checks on machinery.
– **Inventory Management:**
– Assist in maintaining accurate inventory records by properly scanning and recording picked items.
– Participate in regular inventory counts and audits.
– **Warehouse Organization:**
– Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
– Ensure products are stored in the correct locations and follow FIFO (First-In, First-Out) principles.

– **Safety and Compliance:**
– Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
– Comply with company policies and procedures, including those related to equipment operation and handling.

Qualifications:

– **Certification:**
– Must be certified to operate one or more of the following machines: reach truck, order picker, sit-down counterbalance forklift, stand-on pallet rider for at least 2 years.
– **Experience:**
– Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution center environment preferred.
– Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) is a plus.
– **Skills:**
– Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
– Good communication and organizational skills.
– Physical ability to lift and move heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) and stand for extended periods.

Pay: $20.00-$21.00 per hour
