Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and efficient Warehouse Associate to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in our warehouse operations, ensuring that products are received, stored, and shipped accurately and efficiently. The ideal candidate will have experience in warehouse distribution and a strong understanding of order fulfillment processes.

Duties

  • Operate various warehouse equipment including reach trucks and order pickers to facilitate the movement of goods.
  • Manage inventory using a Warehouse Management System (WMS) to track product locations and quantities.
  • Perform order picking tasks to fulfill customer orders accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Load and unload packages from delivery trucks, ensuring proper handling to prevent damage.
  • Collaborate with team members to maintain an organized and safe work environment.
  • Fabricate packaging materials as needed for shipping products securely.
  • Assist in maintaining compliance with safety regulations and company policies.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in warehouse distribution or similar roles is preferred.
  • Familiarity with heavy equipment operation, including reach trucks and order pickers.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow instructions accurately.
  • Basic knowledge of order fulfillment processes and warehouse management systems.
  • Ability to lift heavy packages and stand for extended periods.
  • Excellent teamwork skills with a commitment to achieving operational goals.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and a willingness to learn new skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.75-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Additional pay:

  • Class 5 Licence (preferred)
