Job Description:

Position: Warehouse / Driver

Location: 8841 George Bolton Parkway, Building C Unit #2

Responsibilities; but not limited to:

• Driving Responsibilities:
• Provide excellent customer service and represent the company in a professional manner.
• Safely operate company vehicles for the transportation of goods to and from designated locations.
• Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations while driving, ensuring the safety of oneself and others on the road.
• Perform routine vehicle maintenance and report any issues promptly.
• Prepare and pack orders for delivery with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Keep accurate records of deliveries, including proof of delivery and mileage.
• Verify and confirm delivery orders with customers upon arrival.
• Warehouse Duties:
• Assist with loading and unloading metal materials onto and off our delivery vehicle(s), customer, or vendor vehicles.
• Process customer orders and accurately the first time around.
• Safely operate a variety of equipment including bandsaw, shear, and forklift
• Receive, identify, and stock incoming materials as per Receiving Procedures
• Organize and maintain inventory within the warehouse, ensuring products are stored safely and accurately.
• Participate in inventory counts and audits to maintain accurate stock levels and prevent discrepancies.
• Maintain a clean and organized warehouse space.
• Provide proper maintenance of equipment.
• Customer Service:
• Provide exceptional customer service during deliveries, ensuring timely and accurate product delivery while maintaining a professional demeanor.
• Communicate effectively with customers and internal team members to address any questions or concerns regarding deliveries or products.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid G license with a clean driving record.
• Previous experience in warehouse coordination and delivery driving preferred.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs on your own.
• Knowledge of metals not needed!
• Forklift Operating License is an asset.

Pay: $18.00-$22.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
• Overtime
• Weekends as needed
