We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Administrator who will also assist with general labor tasks within our warehouse. This dual-role position is essential for maintaining efficient operations, ensuring accurate inventory management, and supporting overall warehouse activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inventory Management: Monitor and maintain accurate inventory records, tracking incoming and outgoing shipments, and conducting regular audits.

• Data Entry: Input and update data related to inventory, shipments, and warehouse operations in the management system.

  
  

• Documentation: Prepare and maintain necessary documentation for shipments, receipts, and inventory reports to ensure compliance with company policies.

  Coordination: Collaborate with the warehouse team and other departments (e.g., purchasing, sales) to coordinate the flow of goods and resolve discrepancies.

  
  
  

• General Labor Duties: Assist with loading and unloading trucks, picking and packing orders, and organizing merchandise in the warehouse.

• Equipment Operation: Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks safely and efficiently (training may be provided).

  
  

• Customer Service: Address inquiries related to inventory status, shipments, and other warehouse operations in a timely manner.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in logistics or warehouse management is a plus.

• Previous experience in warehouse administration or general labor preferred.

  
  

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and warehouse management software.

• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.

  
  

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  
  

• Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in warehouse operations.

Working Conditions:
This position involves physical labor, including lifting heavy items, standing for extended periods, and working in a warehouse environment.
