Aecon Green Energy Solutions Inc. is bringing energy solutions to residential customers in Ontario.

This includes a wide range of heating/cooling solutions such as furnace, geothermal, heat pump products and solar solutions for both new build and retrofit homes.



Reporting to the Administration Supervisor, the Project Administrator will be responsible for supporting the daily administrative activities of the job site.

What You’ll Do Here:


  • Learn, interpret, and apply organizational policies, rules, and regulations.
  • Handle invoices with respect to distribution to appropriate departments for approval.
  • Assist with the account assignment of inventory and orders.
  • Reconcile monthly invoices and allocate costs.
  • Analyze orders and follow up on any missing information when needed.
  • Maintain an organized data system.
  • Work on quotations for parts and equipment needed.
  • Create Purchasing Orders for different suppliers.
  • Receive ordered items with packing slips into the system.
  • Reviewing and entering data information into the appropriate databases
  • Handle customer communication and follow ups.
  • Ensure and assist in the completion of accident reports.
  • File and maintain safety documents and reports on the Safety SharePoint.
  • Cover for Warehouse Associate in their absence.
  • Assist in weekly inventory cycle counts.
  • Performs other duties and responsibilities as required.
  • What You Bring to the Team:

  • Experience in an administrator position, within the HVAC industry is considered an asset.
  • Superior written and verbal communication skills.
  • Adaptable to learning and using new systems (CRM, ERP, etc.)
  • Ability to show discretion with confidential and/or personal material.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize workload, handling various job responsibilities at once.
  • Professional interaction with all levels of staff within the organization from front line to senior executive.
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint etc.).
  • Proficient with Data Entry in ERP systems
  • Ability to Proactively verify data through source documents.
  • Able to Monitor and update existing data as required.
