<h3>Job Description</h3><p>Job Description<p><p><p><strong><em>Job Summary:</em></strong></p><p><em>The VP of Marketing will coordinate and develop marketing policies, programs, and campaigns.</em></p><p><strong><em> </em></strong></p><p><strong><em><span >Duties/Responsibilities:</span></em></strong></p><ul><li>Recruit, interview, hire and train supervisory and management staff in the department.</li><li>Oversee the daily workflow of the department.</li><li>Provide constructive and timely performance evaluations.</li><li>Handle discipline and termination of employees and in accordance with company policy.</li><li>Gather and analyze information to identify new markets and customers, demand for products and services, and efficacy of existing marketing campaigns and strategies.</li><li>Collaborate, participate in, and coordinate promotional activities or trade shows.</li><li>Negotiate contracts for services needed to execute a marketing strategy.</li><li>Conduct pricing research and analysis to ensure competitive product and service pricing.</li><li>Direct and implement the organization’s advertising and promotional activities.</li></ul><ul><li>Analyze target market information to identify and recommend effective marketing approaches.</li><li>Identify new market segments that will benefit from company products.</li><li>Prepare effective advertising campaigns based on market research.</li><li>Maintain knowledge of emerging products and services.</li><li>Collaborate with senior executives to develop growth plans for the organization.</li><li>Forecast, draft, implement and oversee the department operating budget.</li><li>Perform other related duties as assigned.</li></ul><p><strong><em> </em></strong></p><p><strong><em>Required Skills/Abilities:</em></strong></p><ul><li>Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing or related field required; Masters degree preferred.</li><li>At least ten years of experience in a related field.</li><li>At least five years of experience in B2B Marketing</li><li>Ability to create, implement, and monitor budgets.</li><li>Thorough understanding of principles and methods used to promote, display, and sell products and services.</li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills.</li><li>Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.</li><li>Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.</li><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Strong supervisory and leadership skills.</li><li>Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.</li></ul><p></p></p></p></p>Create Your Resume First
