Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams To Ensure Seamless Operations And Enhance The Security Posture Of The Organization, Addressing Complex Tickets Within Agreed Slas.</p><p>3. Participate In Knowledge Management Initiatives By Updating And Maintaining The Knowledge Base, Ensuring Comprehensive Documentation Of Solutions And Processes.</p><p>4. Conduct Training Sessions For New Team Members And Coach Analysts To Improve Their Technical Skills And Operational Efficiency.</p><p>5. Strive For Superior Customer Experience And Satisfaction By Achieving First Call Resolution, Minimizing Rejected Resolutions, And Proactively Identifying And Mitigating Security Threats.</p><p> </p><p><b>Skill Requirements</b></p><p>1.
