<h3>Job Description</h3><p>Job Description<p>Salary: $45,000 - $50,000 yearly<br /><p><strong>Position Summary</strong></p><p></p><p>Responsible for the sourcing, interviewing and qualifying candidates to fill entry-level or intermediate administrative positions for our clients.</p><p></p><p></p><p><strong>Key Accountabilities</strong></p><p><br /></p><ul><li><br />Create and advertise job postings on external and internal websites</li><li><br />Conduct extensive searches using both our internal database and online tools to develop a longlist of candidates</li><li><br />Conduct phones screens</li><li><br />Schedule and conduct structured interview (in person or virtual) </li><li><br />Ensure compliance to labour standards and non-discrimination</li><li><br />Assess attributes and skills through a variety of techniques</li><li><br />Prepare a summary of each candidate interviewed, assessing their strengths, weaknesses, interests and objectives. </li><li><br />Create and maintain active talent pools using our ATS</li><li><br />Submit qualified candidates to Account Manager</li><li><br />Prepare and coach candidates prior to interviews and conduct a follow up after</li><li><br />Follow up on behalf of candidates on their status with Account Manager</li><li><br />Perform Reference checks</li><li><br />Provide assistance on any recruitment project</li><li><br />Prepare paperwork for criminal and/or credit checks ensuring accuracy of data</li><li><br />Respond to candidates questions in a timely manner</li></ul><p><br /></p><p><strong>Knowledge & Experience / Qualifications </strong></p><p><br /></p><ul><li><br />Previous experience in high volume recruitment in a VMS environment would be ideal</li><li>Previous knowledge using Bullhorn is an asset</li><li>Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal required</li></ul></p></p>
