You will conduct structured video interviews, evaluate candidate alignment, and provide clear, concise summaries to the Client Delivery Manager (CDM) for client presentation. This part-time role ensures consistency, quality, and a high-touch candidate experience, while also supporting an exceptional client experience.</p><p><br></p><p><b>What You Will Do</b></p><p><br></p><p>Candidates (70%)</p><ul><li>Review resumes, profiles, and pre-screen questions in advance.</li><li>Conduct structured video interviews via Zoom/Google Meet.</li><li>Apply Squadron’s 5C’s Interview Framework (Confirm Fit, Clarify Depth, Connect Dots, Call Out Flags, Compose the Case).</li><li>Evaluate candidate alignment with role qualifications, culture fit, and client expectations.</li><li>Represent clients truthfully with professionalism, integrity, and objectivity.</li></ul><p><br></p><p>Process & Quality (20%)</p><ul><li>Submit structured interview recaps, including strengths, flags, and recommendation status.</li><li>Ensure timely upload of video files, notes, and scorecards.</li><li>Track progress and update candidate statuses in Squadron’s systems.</li><li>Maintain consistency in evaluation and reporting to support client decision-making.</li></ul><p><br></p><p>Collaboration (10%)</p><ul><li>Partner with the CDM to clarify role requirements, expectations, and feedback.</li><li>Communicate blockers, wins, and trends in real-time.</li><li>Contribute to process improvements and share insights on interview outcomes.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><b>Who You Are</b></p><ul><li>A natural communicator, empathetic and engaging in interviews.</li><li>Detail-oriented with strong judgment and consistency.</li><li>Professional, objective, and honest — integrity is non-negotiable.</li><li>Flexible, adaptable, and resourceful in fast-paced environments.</li><li>Confident making independent assessments while collaborating with the CDM.</li><li>Committed to providing an exceptional candidate and client experience.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><b>What You Need</b></p><ul><li>Experience in interviewing, recruiting, or candidate evaluation (preferred).</li><li>Strong written communication for concise, accurate notes.</li><li>Excellent time management and organizational skills.</li><li>Ability to handle multiple roles and candidates simultaneously.</li><li>Quiet, professional workspace with reliable internet.</li><li>Comfort using Zoom/Google Meet and online communication tools.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><b>Core Values (How We Work)</b></p><ul><li>Partnership First – We succeed when our clients and candidates succeed.</li><li>High Standards, Always – Quality and professionalism in every interaction.</li><li>Ownership & Accountability – We deliver on our commitments.</li><li>Adapt & Innovate – We solve challenges with creativity and agility.</li><li>Client & Candidate Experience Above All – Every touchpoint matters.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><b>Performance Metrics</b></p><ul><li>Interviews Completed per Week (target 15–20).</li><li>Recommendation Rate & Client Selection Rate – Demonstrating sound judgment.</li><li>Feedback Turnaround Time – Interview notes uploaded within 1 hour.</li><li>Interview Summary Accuracy – Aligned with CDM and client expectations.</li><li>Candidate Experience Rating – Aim for 4.5+/5 if surveys are conducted.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><b>Role Details</b></p><ul><li>Type of Role: Remote, Part-Time</li><li>Hours: Flexible, approx. 15–20 hours per week depending on client load</li><li>Reports To: Client Delivery Manager</li></ul><p></p>
