We are hiring Warehouse Associates to join a growing logistics and distribution team in Burlington. This is an entry-level role focused on order picking, ideal for those with previous warehouse experience looking to build a long-term opportunity.
Location: Burlington, ON
Pay: $17.35/hour + 4% vacation pay (paid weekly)
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8-hour day shifts (start times vary between 7:00 AM – 10:00 AM)
Key Responsibilities:
– Order picking, packaging, and kitting of products
– Unloading, sorting, labeling, packing, and shipping
– Performing cycle counts and inventory checks
– Using RF scanners and working with warehouse management systems
– Basic computer use for order tracking and inventory tasks
Requirements:
– Previous warehouse experience is required
– Comfortable lifting 20-40lbs throughout the shift
– Comfortable working in a temperature-regulated cooler environment
– Comfortable working at heights (shelving units up to 25ft)
