*Duties*
As a Food Service Supervisor you will lead a front counter and production team of 5 to 17 in the smooth execution of order preparation, portion control, product availability, quick service times and above all else positive guest interactions. You will be able to maintain daily records as required, oversee product temperature log completion, order product and conduct stock level assessments, identify equipment issues and ensure guest concerns are dealt with promptly and positively.

*Physical Capabilities*
Combination of sitting, standing for longer periods, must be able to lift 25 lbs.
*Interpersonal Skills*
Must be a positive Team Player/Leader, possess strong communication skills both oral and written with a strong emphasis on positive guest interaction.
