**Job Title: Welder**
**Job Description**
We are seeking a skilled Welder with expertise in MIG and TIG welding to join our team. You will be responsible for fitting and welding stainless steel enclosures of various shapes and sizes and using robotic welders for bushing welds. You will also ensure the integrity of pressure-tested vessels, adhere to blueprints and shop drawings, and maintain high standards in a manufacturing environment.
**Responsibilities**
Perform MIG and TIG welding on various projects.
Fit and weld stainless steel enclosures with variable shapes and sizes.
Utilize robotic welders for bushing welds.
Ensure pressure-tested vessels are welded with no leaks.
Interpret and weld according to blueprints and shop drawings.
Use both metric and standard measurements accurately.
Maintain a clean and organized workshop.
Follow proper procedures for setting up and using welding equipment.
**Essential Skills**
2+ years of TIG welding experience, particularly with light gauge materials.
Proficiency in MIG welding.
Ability to interpret welding symbols and blueprints.
Experience with pressure vessels, stainless steel, and mild steel.
Experience operating additional welding equipment like grinders, sand belts, ironworkers, and band saws.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
Overhead crane and forklift operation experience is a plus.
Certification from the Certified Welding Bureau is preferred, though not mandatory.
