Territory Sales Representative – Flooring Solutions

As a Territory Sales Representative, you will sell laminate, vinyl flooring, and a range of new material flooring to distributors, buying groups, hardware stores, small to medium-sized retail stores, and installers/contractors across Ontario. This position provides an exciting opportunity to lead in a results-driven environment while directly contributing to business growth.

This role reports to the National Manager and offers a base salary of $70,000 – $85,000 plus commission.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:


Base Salary: $70,000 – $85,000

OTE $100,000 – $125,000 in the first year

OFFICE LOCATION & SALES TERRITORY:


Head Office: Markham, Ontario

Work Model: Hybrid


Sales Territory: Ontario

Schedule: Full-time, Monday to Friday


EXPERIENCE, BACKGROUND & EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:

Minimum of 5 years of B2B sales experience with a proven track record in territory management and driving business growth, ideally in manufacturing, distribution, or retail-focused environments.


Sales experiences within the Building Materials industry, preferrable with flooring, tiles and similar products.


Experience working with distributors and large retailers (e.g., RONA, Home Depot, Costco) is a strong asset.



Familiarity with the building supply or retail sector is preferred.
