What You’ll Do:

In this key role, you will lead all sales activities within Atlantic Canada, acting as the face of the company for customers, vendors, and internal partners. You will:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to position the company as the premier wire & cable supplier in the region.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships—including senior-level contacts at key accounts—to drive long-term growth.
  • Manage vendor partnerships to secure competitive pricing and support large-scale projects.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient inventory flow, accurate forecasting, and exceptional customer experience.
  • Lead territory operations, address escalated customer concerns, and support continuous improvement opportunities.
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand market share through proactive outreach and strategic account development.
  • Represent the company at customer events, vendor activities, and in-person meetings throughout the region.
What You Bring:
  • 5+ years of sales experience in the wire & cable, electrical, industrial distribution, or related industry.
  • Bilingual French/English is an asset.
  • Strong financial acumen and the ability to manage budgets effectively.
  • Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills.
  • A proactive mindset with the ability to spot opportunities and act on them.
  • High levels of organization, dependability, and professionalism.
  • Confidence using advanced computer tools and CRM platforms.
