<h3>Markham, Mississauga, and Cambridge, ON</h3><br><h3>SUMMARY</h3><br><p>The Technical Sales Representative is responsible for cultivating key business relationships with new and existing customers through exceptional customer service and support.</p><h3>KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:</h3><ul><li>Handles customer queries and provides exceptional sales support including product sourcing, entering and expediting orders, preparing quotations, and troubleshooting order-related issues</li><li>Provides direct support to customers primarily through phone calls and email</li><li>Markets new products and services available from the company</li><li>Works closely with Inside Sales personnel to achieve common sales goals and objectives</li><li>Provides product solutions to meet customer needs</li><li>Cultivates key business relationships within assigned territory</li><li>Reviews regularly customer sales activity, identifies opportunities, and maximizes account saturation</li><li>Presents a professional image in all interactions and behaviours</li><li>Provides the highest level of service in accordance with the company's quality system and ISO standards</li><li>Uncovers new sales opportunities and potential prospects through industry databases, networking, referrals, etc.</li></ul><h3>KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:</h3><ul><li>Post-secondary education: 2-year or 3-year Electrical Technology program</li><li>Exceptional customer service and communication skills</li><li>Proficient computer skills in MS Office (Excel, Word, etc.)</li><li>Previous Electrical distribution knowledge/experience</li></ul><p>LICENSES AND/OR PROFESSIONAL ACCREDITATION:</p><ul><li>CPSA (Canadian Professional Sales Association) certification</li></ul><p>Please send your resume and cover letter to , including the role you are applying for in the subject line.</p><p>Apply Now</p>
