We are hiring motivated Team Members on behalf of our client, a fast-paced food service establishment in Vancouver. The ideal candidate will support daily operations, provide excellent customer service, maintain food quality and safety standards, and work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth operations. <br>
<br>
Customer Service <br>
Greet and serve customers promptly and courteously. <br>
Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally. <br>
<br>
Food Preparation & Quality <br>
Prepare and serve menu items according to company standards. <br>
Ensure all food is stored, handled, and served safely. <br>
Work closely with other team members and supervisors. <br>
Assist with training and onboarding of new staff when needed. <br>
<br>
Stock supplies and manage inventory levels. <br>
Adhere to all company policies and food safety regulations. <br>
<br>
8-hour shifts (day, evening, and morning)<br>
~ Monday to Friday, with weekend availability required <br>
<br>
<br>
High school diploma or equivalent <br>
Minimum 6 months of experience in the Food & Beverage industry (for candidates inside Canada)<br>
Minimum 3 years of experience in the Food & Beverage industry (for candidates outside Canada)<br>
English proficiency (minimum CLB 6)<br>
Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices <br>
Salary: $18.50 – $20.00 per hour <br>
