Do you enjoy working in the field, getting systems up and running, and making sure they stay that way? If that sounds like you, we have an exciting opportunity to take your career to the next level.

We’re looking for a System Integration Engineer who’s not afraid to get their hands dirty and take ownership. From installations and testing to troubleshooting and customer support, this role is key to keeping things running smoothly across multiple sites in North America.

What You’ll Be Doing:
  • System Installation & Commissioning
Lead and execute system installations (after training), either independently or with a technician, ensuring everything is set up efficiently and effectively.
  • Maintenance & Field Support
Conduct ongoing maintenance and troubleshooting across customer sites in Canada and the U.S.
  • Quality Control
Perform testing before and after deployment to ensure systems meet performance standards.
  • Electrical Documentation
Review and work with electrical packages and single-line diagrams to support projects across 200+ SLAs.
  • Contractor Coordination
Collaborate with electrical contractors on-site to ensure smooth integration and compliance with designs.
  • Customer Support (On-Call)
Join an on-call rotation (approx. 2–4 tickets per week during off-hours) to resolve urgent customer issues. Extra tickets can be handled during normal business hours. On-call bonus to be discussed.
What We’re Looking For:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer (Software) Engineering, Engineering Science (Software), or Computer Science. Master’s is a plus.
  • 2–3 years of relevant experience (co-op or internships count!).
  • Strong electrical background with some software familiarity.
  • Fieldwork or installation support experience is a big asset.
  • Willingness and ability to travel throughout Canada and the U.S.
  • Great communication skills and a proactive attitude.
  • Ability to read and work with technical electrical documentation.
  • A customer-first mindset with a commitment to solving problems quickly.

If you're eager to grow in a role where no two days are the same, and you're excited to work on real-world systems that make a difference, this is the opportunity for you.
