<p><b>Job Title: Supply Chain Consultant</b></p><p><b>Job Type: 12 month contract, 5 days on-site, Calgary, Alberta</b></p><p><b>Job Salary: $45 / hour </b></p><p><br></p><p><b>About the Client</b></p><p>Our client is sourcing a Supply Chain Consultant for a 12-month contract.</p><p> </p><p><b>About the Opportunity</b></p><ul><li>5-7 years of full cycle Oil & Gas supply chain experience</li><li>Ensure compliance with Sourcing & Procurement Procedures</li><li>Drive cost savings / cost avoidance through supplier engagement and competitive sourcing (RFP, RFQ, Single Source)</li><li>Negotiate contracts and surplus equipment sales</li><li>Collaborate cross-functionally and communicate effectively with stakeholders</li><li>Use data for fact-based decision making</li><li>Support continuous improvement in procurement processes</li><li>Provide mentoring, coaching, and training on SCM best practices</li><li>Monitor supplier spend and performance</li><li>Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite</li></ul><p><br></p><p><b>About You</b></p><ul><li>5+ years of full cycle SCM experience with at least 2 years in oil and gas</li><li>Strong communication, positive attitude and enthusiasm</li><li>Polished and well communicative enough to make executive presentations</li></ul><p></p>
