Your Role:
As a Keyholder/Supervisor, you’ll contribute to the seamless operation of our retail stores.
Lead by example, motivate team members, and ensure exceptional customer experiences.
Qualifications:
Demonstrated team leadership experience.
Proficient in sales, customer service, and cash handling.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Familiarity with cannabis and a desire to learn more.
Ability to adapt to changing business needs and peak traffic times.
Technologically savvy with tablet and MS Office skills.
Physical ability to navigate multi-story locations and handle up to 11 kg.
Benefits:
