<h3>Job Description</h3><p>Job Description<p><p><strong>Position Summary</strong><p>We are seeking a seasoned <strong>Superintendent</strong> with over <strong>10 years of experience</strong>, ideally in ICI construction, to lead and manage field operations for large-scale projects. The ideal candidate is <strong>customer-service oriented</strong>, detail-driven, and comfortable operating in a <strong>structured, process-driven environment</strong>, similar to that of a manufacturing facility.</p><hr /><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong><ul><li><p>Oversee daily construction activities on-site, ensuring work is completed safely, on time, and to spec</p></li><li><p>Collaborate with Project Managers, subcontractors, and clients to ensure smooth project execution</p></li><li><p>Enforce and promote Health & Safety policies in accordance with company and regulatory standards</p></li><li><p>Manage site documentation, including daily reports, safety logs, quality control records, and schedules</p></li><li><p>Monitor project milestones and proactively identify and resolve issues to avoid delays</p></li><li><p>Lead site meetings and coordinate trades to maintain workflow and schedule adherence</p></li><li><p>Represent the company professionally with clients, consultants, and municipal authorities</p></li></ul><hr /><strong>Qualifications</strong><ul><li><p><strong>10+ years</strong> of experience as a Superintendent, preferably on large ICI projects</p></li><li><p>Strong understanding of <strong>construction processes, drawings, and specifications</strong></p></li><li><p>Proven ability to manage multiple trades and site operations efficiently</p></li><li><p><strong>Exceptional communication and client service skills</strong></p></li><li><p>Advanced proficiency with <strong>construction software and documentation systems</strong></p></li><li><p>Demonstrated success working in <strong>structured environments</strong>, such as manufacturing-style settings</p></li><li><p>In-depth knowledge of <strong>OHSA</strong> and best practices in <strong>Health & Safety</strong></p></li><li><p>Must be <strong>based in the Greater Toronto Area</strong> and available for full-time site presence</p></li></ul></p></p></p>
