They’re seeking a seasoned <strong>Construction Superintendent</strong> to lead the charge on upcoming <strong>4–6 storey wood frame apartment projects</strong>. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, have a sharp eye for detail, and know how to drive a project from excavation to occupancy, this is your next big move.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>What You’ll Be Doing</strong></p><ul><li>Oversee all on-site construction activities for multi-storey wood frame apartment builds</li><li>Manage trades, schedules, site safety, and quality control from start to finish</li><li>Collaborate with project managers, consultants, and city inspectors to ensure smooth execution</li><li>Lead site meetings, maintain documentation, and proactively resolve issues</li><li>Deliver projects on time, on budget, and to the highest standards</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>What You Bring</strong></p><ul><li>Minimum <strong>3+ years of experience</strong> as a Superintendent on <strong>wood frame apartment projects</strong></li><li>Proven track record of successfully delivering <strong>4–6 storey multi-family builds in Calgary</strong></li><li>Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills</li><li>Deep understanding of construction sequencing, building codes, and safety regulations</li><li>Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and maintain a productive site culture</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>What’s in It for You</strong></p><ul><li> <strong>$120,000+ base salary</strong></li><li> <strong>Bonus upon successful project completion</strong></li><li>
