What You'll LeadSales Strategy & Execution
Hit and exceed monthly membership and revenue targets.
Drive retail, PT, and event revenue.
Coach your team on sales scripts, conversions, and upsells.
Daily Operations
Scheduling, payroll inputs, POS oversight, and studio flow.
Maintain studio cleanliness and operational standards.
Solve problems before they hit the floor.
Team Leadership & Development
Recruit, train, schedule, and develop FOH + trainers.

Community & Member Experience
