If you thrive on solving complex problems, building data-driven business cases, and influencing decisions at the executive level, this is your opportunity to make a significant impact. <br><ul><li><strong>Pay Rate: $110,000/annually</strong><br></li><li><strong>Location:</strong> Winnipeg, MB<br></li><li><strong> Job type: </strong> Permanent | Full-time <br></li></ul><strong> Responsibilities: </strong><br><ul><li> Lead the strategic planning cycle, including current-state assessments, strategy development, budget alignment, and performance tracking <br></li><li> Partner with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to shape long-term business strategies and optimization initiatives <br></li><li> Conduct in-depth financial analysis including budgeting, forecasting, scenario modeling, variance analysis, and ROI assessments <br></li><li> Drive monthly FP&A reporting by analyzing operational and financial performance and identifying key business insights <br></li><li> Develop short-, medium-, and long-term financial plans aligned with corporate growth strategies <br></li><li> Build and evaluate business cases for new initiatives, capital investments, and market expansion opportunities <br></li><li> Design and manage performance tracking frameworks, including KPIs, dashboards, variance reports, and executive summaries <br></li><li> Prepare executive-level presentations for leadership reviews, strategy sessions, and capital planning discussions <br></li><li> Support project execution through implementation roadmaps, change management support, and progress monitoring <br></li><li> Provide strategic recommendations based on financial performance, operational metrics, and market trends <br></li></ul><strong> Qualifications: </strong><br><ul><li> Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field <br></li><li> MBA or relevant graduate degree considered a strong asset <br></li><li> Minimum 5 years of experience in FP&A, business strategy, analytics, or a related role <br></li><li> Advanced financial modeling, forecasting, and scenario planning skills <br></li><li> Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint <br></li><li> Experience with Power BI, Tableau, Alteryx, SQL, or Python is an asset <br></li><li> Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and present insights to senior leadership <br></li><li> Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills <br></li><li> Comfortable working in fast-paced, evolving environments <br></li><li>Mu st be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada <br></li></ul><strong>Why you should apply?</strong><br><ul><li>Opportunity to work closely with senior leadership on high-impact strategic initiatives<br></li><li>Strong emphasis on professional development and internal career growth<br></li><li>Collaborative, inclusive, and values-driven culture<br></li></ul> Are you interested in this position?
