Role Overview:

Our growing Maintenance function and team is located by our Corporate Office at Toronto Pearson Airport where we operate out of three hangars in addition to our two Fixed Based Operation (FBO) locations in Kitchener/Waterloo and Simcoe. We continue to scale our operations to meet the needs of our current and growing customer base. Our employees have the opportunity to work on a variety of different aircraft performing a wide array of tasks.

 

What YOU will do:

  • Administer the assignments of aircraft parts, tools and maintenance equipment and validate all certifications and documentation to match received parts
  • Support inventory activities including maintaining records within the inventory maintenance system
  • Maintain an organized, clean and safe storeroom working environment
  • Collaborate with team members across Maintenance to support their ability to access the right parts, tools and equipment in a timely manner
  • Pick-up, deliver and ship parts as required
  • Contribute to continuous improvements in processes to meet and exceed service expectations and create efficiencies

 

What you bring:

  • Minimum high school diploma, post-secondary education preferred
  • Two years’ experience working in a store’s room, inventory, warehousing, shipping or receiving
  • Valid G class driver’s license and clear Driving Record with the ability to travel within the Greater Toronto Area using the company vehicle
  • Ability to attain security clearance for airport environment
  • Must be able to lift up to 75 Pounds
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office such as Outlook, Excel, and Word
  • Ability to work both independently and as a collaborative team-player
  • Results-oriented with strong attention to detail
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Effective written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
  • Strong customer orientation largely with internal stakeholders with the ability to collaborate effectively with other departments

 

Hours of work:

Rotational shifts from 6 am to 6 pm on 554-rotation model
