Store Manager (Small Format Convenience Store)

This position needs relocation to British Virgin Islands.

We are seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead one of our small format convenience stores or local supermarkets ranging from 3,000-10,000 square feet. As Store Manager, you will oversee daily operations, a team of 5-10 staff, and be responsible for sales up to $250,000 per week. This is an exciting opportunity to join our growing brand and take the lead in running a new or expanded location.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the daily operations of the store including merchandising, inventory, scheduling, and financial targets
• Coach, develop, and lead a small team of staff to ensure excellent customer service
• Analyze sales data and implement strategies to increase revenue and meet sales goals
• Comply with all company policies including health, safety, loss prevention, and regulatory requirements
• Build strong community relationships and promote the store through local marketing initiatives
• Handle customer issues, complaints, and ensure a positive shopping experience

Required Skills and Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as a Store Manager of a small format convenience or grocery store
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and maximizing store profitability
• Strong leadership, organizational, and people management skills
• Excellent communication skills with an emphasis on customer service
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends as required
• Proficient with POS systems, inventory management, and reporting tools
• High school diploma required, Associate’s degree preferred
• Willingness to work as part of a collaborative team within a growing company
• must have Caribbean or Western grocery retail experience
