<p><h3>Overview</h3><p><b>Store Manager - Full Time</b> role at <b>The Pittsburgh Paints Company</b></p><p>This position is for Bétonel/Dulux, a division of The Pittsburgh Paints Company. You will report to the Store Group Manager and lead your team to deliver outstanding customer service while running your store.</p><h3>Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Open and close the Bétonel/Dulux branch.</li><li>Achieve sales and profit goals by controlling expenses, managing working capital, inventory, and driving growth while optimizing net contribution.</li><li>Maintain Bétonel/Dulux's high customer service standards for yourself and your team.</li><li>Foster a high level of associate engagement through effective leadership.</li><li>Hire, lead, empower, and manage your team by partnering with and mentoring team members.</li><li>Ensure the exterior and interior of the store, including cleanliness and merchandising displays, meet Bétonel/Dulux standards.</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><ul><li>1 or more years of experience in a retail store environment.</li><li>Previous retail management experience or outside sales experience preferred.</li><li>Availability to work flexible shifts and hours, with a minimum of 45 hours required per week.</li><li>Ability to stoop, kneel, crouch, lift, and carry up to 80 pounds occasionally and 50 pounds regularly.</li></ul><h3>Job Details</h3><p>Hours: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM; Saturday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM; Sunday, 11:00 AM to 4:00 PM.</p><p>Reporting to the Store Group Manager, you will run your own store and lead your team to deliver outstanding customer service while meeting store operations standards.</p><p><b>Benefits</b> include great pay and full-time benefits.</p><p>We encourage opportunities for advancement and a collaborative work environment that supports your success.
