Amazon Business Canada is seeking a talented Marketing Manager to accelerate the growth of the Amazon’s B2B business in Canada. You will be responsible for accelerating the growth of Enterprise Marketing in Canada.



As an Enterprise Marketing Manager for Amazon Business you will lead Growth Marketing and Field Marketing initiatives for Canada, working as the main Enterprise Marketing POC with the local Sales team and sales leaders. You will use your experience to launch New customer acquisition, lead generation and lead nurture campaigns, working with the central marketing team to take the best practices and launch in Canada. The role will manage the expansion of the Field Marketing strategy through in-person local industry events and global events like Amazon Business re:Shape, that attract and engage enterprises, startups, and Public Sector organizations. You will focus to create CA specific content and work closely with the sales team to help them with qualified leads. You must bring the creativity and agility required to differentiate Amazon Business in a dynamic and rapidly changing environment. This role operates cross-functionally with key stakeholders such as our Sales Leaders, Sales Account Executives, internal business development, PR, product, and legal teams. You will work closely with Marketing leads worldwide to experiment and leverage B2B storefronts and selection strategies. You should be able to work with the Marketing tech team to ensure launch of tech platform for CA. The role functions as a Team Lead, and will have dotted line reports of 3 Marketing Managers. The role has the potential to become a people manager role in 2026 with team growth.

The role requires innovative thinking and a strong customer and quality focus. The right candidate also has strong writing, communication and project management skills, and is comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-pressure entrepreneurial environment. Key job responsibilities

  1. Lead weekly and quarterly business performance communication with Amazon Business Leadership, Sales Leaders and Central Marketing Leads.
  2. Lead Growth Marketing and Field Marketing initiatives for Amazon Business Canada.
  3. Launch New customer acquisition, lead generation and lead nurture campaigns.
  4. Launch initiatives to ensure complete launch of new customers, influencing Core feature adoption via marketing campaigns.
  5. Manage the expansion of the Field Marketing strategy through in-person local industry events and global events like Amazon Business re:Shape.
  6. Manage the creation of local relevant content to assist sales account executives in their sales motions.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  1. 6+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience.
  2. Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements.
  3. Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables).
  4. Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs.
  5. Experience leading go-to-market for consumer software or hardware product launches.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  1. Experience using any of SQL or other analytical tools for conducting data analysis.
  2. Experience with customer segmentation, profiling, and targeting.
