Availability on evenings and weekends is required.
What Youll Do
- Greet every client with warmthboth in person and over the phone
- Guide clients through booking, check-in, and spa processes
- Recommend memberships, packages, gift cards, upgrades, and retail products
- Work closely with massage therapists and estheticians to ensure smooth client flow
- Juggle phones, bookings, and sales conversations with ease
- Share the benefits of massage and skin care in a friendly, knowledgeable way
- Maintain accuracy in all client files and records
- Keep the spa clean, calm, and professional at all times
- Support the team with additional tasks as needed
- A passion for sales and goal achievement
- Confident communication and customer service skills
- Comfort working in a busy, multitasking role
- Basic computer skills
