We are looking for a software development manager to lead our software solution team strengthening our business.<BR><BR>Job Summary<BR>This is a full-time, permanent position. As the software development manager, you will be responsible for leading software solution team that addressing customers business needs with appropriate solution. Your responsibilities include the following:<BR>Lead all software development projects, work hand-in-hand with client lead to gather insights and analyse customers business challenges, provide comprehensive software design and solution<BR>Participate client engagement meetings and workshops, articulate business requirement and translate them into software development specifications<BR>Manage all the activities of the software development lifecycle<BR>Ensure appropriate procedures and processes are followed during the full software development life cycle<BR>Make sure all development projects are in time and within budget<BR>Control the risk of project, communicate with management and clients for risks on timeline and budgeting.<BR>Review software product specifications and requirements<BR>Review test cases (unit test, API test, user acceptance test) and execution<BR>Document software development specifications<BR>Monitor overall development status<BR>Write, review and revise product requirements and specifications<BR>Review change of requirements during execution<BR>Provide technical support to other functions within the company<BR>Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate the operations of information systems with customers & partners system<BR>Manage the software development team including<BR>Hire and onboard development team members<BR>Set goals to team members and review periodically<BR>Provide guidance and coaching to team members to continuously improve individual technical skills and team productivities<BR>Lead the Asian market development, assist management to develop and grow Asian markets<BR>Assist managing director to prepare solution bidding and proposal<BR>Participate in pre-sales activities and present solutions<BR>Design target system architecture, implementation plan and budgeting<BR>Provide insights and help development team to integrate with Asian clients local (specific) payment systems (e.g. Alipay, Wechat Pay etc.).<BR><BR>Job Requirements<BR>A bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or a related discipline is required of a software development manager<BR>Equivalent software development experience is a must, experiences in business & operation is a big plus<BR>Familiar with a variety of programming languages, codes and processes. Up to date knowledge with the latest development software is a big plus<BR>Exceptional troubleshooting skills and be able to assess quickly complex programming applications<BR>Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills<BR><BR>Salary: 48 - 60/hr with annual bonus related to company's business performance.
