<p>We are looking for full time, year round employees. Interested individuals to join our snow / lawn maintenance crews. The contracts will be residential as well as commercial properties.. In winter we work any day it snows as on call and is paid a guaranteed salary per month .In the spring/summer we typically work Mon-Friday but there is the occasional weekend day as well.</p><p>Winter salary starting at $3400/month</p><p>Vacation Pay paid after 3 months</p><p>Winter cash bonus at the end of winter</p><p>Some of the Spring and Summer duties include:</p><p>-Lawn mowing</p><ul><li><p>Leaf blowing</p></li><li><p>Trimming</p></li></ul><p>-Garden bed weeding<br><br>-Over Seeding<br><br>-Yard clean ups<br><br>-Garden edging<br><br>-Fertilizing</p><p>-Spring cleanups</p><p>-Power raking</p><p>-Aeration</p><p>Successful Candidates will have a positive attitude and work well with a team. We expect our employees to be professional and presentable when reporting for duty and throughout their shift. They must take direction well, be physically fit and able to work a full day outside in different outdoor weather conditions. Experience with commercial lawn and snow removal equipment a plus but we will train the right person. Must have own vehicle to get to and from our shop in the southside and clean driving record .
