<h3>Job Description</h3><p>Job Description<p><p><strong>Join John’s Snow Removal Team – Oakville, Ontario</strong></p><p>Verisnow Technologies Inc., is a trusted leader in snow clearing services across the Halton Region. We’re looking for motivated, entrepreneurial individuals with a pickup truck who want to manage their own route with <strong>guaranteed monthly pay - </strong>whether it snows or not.</p><p>This is a great opportunity for someone who is dependable, enjoys working outdoors, and wants the freedom of being an independent contractor. Successful contractors may also have the chance to build their own client list in future seasons.</p><p><strong>What You’ll Do</strong></p><ul><li>Drive to assigned residential properties during snowfalls (40-50 properties small-medium size properties)</li><li>Use a snowblower to clear walkways, driveways, and other designated areas.</li><li>Manage and transport 1-3 crew members to job sites.</li><li>Maintain your own vehicle and our snow-removal equipment.</li></ul><p><strong>What We’re Looking For</strong></p><ul><li>Must have valid G-class driver’s license.</li><li>Clean driving record and valid insurance.</li><li>Must own a <strong>vehicle with hitch or a pickup truck</strong> (vehicle capable of carrying a snowblower and operating in storm conditions).</li><li>Prior residential snow removal experience.</li><li>Comfortable working nights and in harsh weather.</li><li>Must live within 30-40 minutes of Oakville.</li><li>Must be available exclusively for John’s Snow Removal during the season (no working with other snow contractors).</li><li>Willing to work under an <strong>independent contractor agreement</strong>.</li><li>Must have cell phone with fast data and high-quality camera.</li></ul><p><strong>Pay & Benefits</strong></p><ul><li><strong>$1,350 guaranteed monthly pay</strong> - snow or no snow.</li><li><strong>$500 bonus</strong> at the end of the season for completing every snow event.</li><li>That’s <strong>$7,250 guaranteed for 5 months</strong>, even if there are only 1–2 snowfalls early in the season.</li><li>Routes are <strong>densely packed for efficiency</strong> - less driving, more done in less time.</li><li>We will provide a snow blower and shovel.</li></ul><p><strong>Hours</strong></p><ul><li><strong>On-call</strong> during snowfalls and weather events.</li><li>Flexible schedule outside of snow events.</li></ul><p><strong>Season Dates</strong></p><p>November 15th, 2025 - April 15th, 2026</p><p><strong>Location</strong></p><p>Oakville, Ontario</p></p></p>
