The ideal candidate will have proven success managing residential construction sites, strong written communication skills, and a deep understanding of construction documentation and safety protocols.<br /><strong>About the Role</strong><br><br> As the <strong>Site Superintendent</strong>, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily on-site operations, coordinating trades, managing schedules, and ensuring quality control throughout the project lifecycle.
