About the Project:



The Stations, Rail, and Systems (SRS) package encompasses the design, construction, integration, and commissioning of key project components.



The Means & Methods Coordinator will support the ECWE-SRS project by developing, reviewing, and implementing construction methodologies to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality execution. This role works closely with project management, site teams, and subcontractors to optimize construction sequencing, workflow, and productivity while maintaining compliance with all safety and quality standards.



Collaborate with project management and site teams to develop and refine construction means, methods, and sequencing.

Evaluate project plans, drawings, and specifications to identify opportunities for efficiency and risk mitigation.

Review subcontractor work plans and coordinate integration with overall project methodology.

Monitor and adjust workflows on-site to optimize productivity while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Assist in the preparation of construction schedules, resource allocation, and site logistics plans.

Liaise with safety and quality teams to ensure construction methods comply with all applicable regulations and best practices.



Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred.

Proven experience in construction means and methods coordination or similar role within large-scale ICI projects.

Strong understanding of construction sequencing, site logistics, and workflow optimization.

Familiarity with safety and quality standards in the construction industry.
