FLOFORM manufactures, sells and installs over 20,000 premium surface countertops a year.  Established in 1961, FLOFORM is proud to be one of Canada’s Best Managed Companies.</p></p><p> </p><p><b>POSITION SUMMARY:<br /></b>Our Showroom Design Center Consultant provides a positive customer experience by qualifying, educating and selling countertops.</p><p> </p><p><strong>You would make a good Showroom Design Consultant if you:</strong></p><ul><li>Are a people person who loves talking</li><li>Take pride in your work and have a drive to go above and beyond</li><li>Focus on creating a great customer experience every time</li><li>Enjoy being a team player and appreciate collaborating with others</li><li>Have exceptional communication</li><li>Are open to learn new things</li></ul><p><b>QUALIFICATIONS:</b></p><ul><li>High School Diploma with 1-2 years customer service experience </li><li>Basic computer skills with experience using Microsoft Office products and ability to learn other software programs</li><li>Valid driver’s license and a clear criminal record check</li><li>Strong organizational skills, with attention to detail</li><li>Ability to problem solve and handle challenging situations with diplomacy and respect</li><li>Effective verbal communication skills</li><li>Basic mathematical skills</li></ul><p><b>DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:</b></p><ul><li>Establish and achieve Weekly/Monthly Showroom Sales Targets</li><li>Establish and achieve Weekly/Monthly Showroom Closing Rate Targets </li><li>Ensure every customer is treated with the “Floform Showroom Experience” as defined by:</li></ul><p><ol><li><ol><li>Ensure Appropriate Showroom exterior/interior Signage for ease of access/flow through the facility</li><li>Ensure the showroom is clean and has a professional appearance</li><li>Establish Immediate <span >Greeting/Engagement</span> upon arrival for positive relationship development</li></ol></li></ol></p><p><ul><li>Assists customers with design choices and selection of products that fit their needs/budget</li><li>Ensure Express Products are on display and appropriately labelled for ease of selling</li><li>Implement the Floform Retail Selling System</li><li>Support and Develop CSR’s who are involved in the Retail Showroom, cultivating a “team” sales environment</li><li>In addition to assisting customers in person, also assist by email or on the telephone, as required </li><li>Process orders and accept payment from customers</li><li>Input orders/quotes into the computer system and establish <span >installation/delivery</span> dates</li><li>Responds to customer inquiries, complaints and coordinate activities with other departments as necessary; escalates complaints to supervisor as required</li><li>Track and maintain customer service records through Floform Lead Tracking system</li><li>Establishes proactive communication with customers to ensure understanding of product ordered</li><li>Handles quality and service issues to develop/maintain customer loyalty</li><li>Ensure Quotes/Orders are priced accurately and complete timely retail Quote/Order Follow-ups          </li><li>Resolves <span >pricing/invoicing/credit/payment/shipping</span> discrepancies for customer with the appropriate department(s) as required</li><li>Communicate product/design trends, which should be incorporated in the showroom, to leadership</li><li>Provide input and recommend design changes to ensure the local showroom is “Best of Class"</li><li>Other duties as assigned</li></ul></p><p><b>FLOFORM is proud to offer the successful Candidate:</b></p><ul><li>Competitive Wages</li><li>Medical and Dental Benefits </li><li>Paid sick days</li><li>RRSP</li></ul><p>FLOFORM Countertops offers a positive and fun working environment that rewards those who share in our mission: “To consistently provide our customers the best countertop purchasing experience available.”    </p><p> </p><p>Should this opportunity be of interest to you, submit a resume today at <b><span >www.floform.com/careers</span></b>.</p><p><b>We look forward to meeting you!<br><br></b>To learn more about us we encourage all applicants to visit our website at <b>www.floform.com</b>.<br />We are an Equal Opportunity Employer.   </p></p></p>
