<p><h3>Job Description</h3><p>Responsibilities:</p><ul><li>Administer, enhance, and support the ServiceNow-based asset management systems, ensuring robust operational stability and high system reliability.</li><li>Review, evaluate, design, and implement ServiceNow enhancements.</li><li>Oversee and tune platform performance, integrations, and backend processes, including database optimizations.</li><li>Integrate ServiceNow Asset Management modules with other business systems (e.g., CMDB, ITSM).</li><li>Perform system and integration testing of ServiceNow asset management functionalities.</li><li>Maintain business process documentation, governance, and compliance.</li><li>Provide training and technical support for deployment and release activities.</li><li>Lead knowledge transfer sessions and collaborate with internal and external stakeholder teams.</li></ul><h3>Lead Developer for Website Asset Management Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Lead the design, development, and deployment of ServiceNow solutions for website and asset management workflows.</li><li>Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate into technical specifications and solutions.</li><li>Configure applications, workflows, dashboards, business rules, UI actions, and integrations (REST/SOAP APIs).</li><li>Develop and maintain Forms, Views, and Service Catalog components for asset management.</li><li>Mentor and guide junior developers, performing code reviews and ensuring best practices.</li><li>Drive technical innovation, process optimization, and adoption of new ServiceNow features.</li><li>Ensure alignment with business objectives, ITIL/ITSM practices, and scalability needs.</li><li>Prepare and present performance reports, post-mortem analyses, and improvement plans.</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.</li><li>5+ years of ServiceNow platform development and administration experience, including asset management.</li><li>ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and preferably Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS).</li><li>Solid understanding of ITSM, ITIL, and asset management processes.</li><li>Strong JavaScript, REST/SOAP API, and Agile project experience.</li><li>Exceptional communication, documentation, and leadership skills.</li><li>This dual role involves both project management and technical execution to ensure ServiceNow-driven asset management projects are delivered efficiently, reliably, and with continuous improvement in mind.</li></ul></p> #J-18808-Ljbffr
