This includes ensuring the safety and security of clients, employees, and assets, managing a team of security personnel, developing and implementing security policies and procedures, and maintaining client relationships.<br /> <br /><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong><br /> <br />1.       <strong>Operational Management:</strong><br />·        Oversee daily security operations within client sites.<br />·        Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.<br />·        Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure security protocols are followed.<br />·        Maintain and implement emergency response plans and procedures.<br /> <br />2.       <strong>Client Relations:</strong><br />·        Maintain strong relationships with existing clients.<br />·        Address client concerns and provide timely resolutions.<br />·        Conduct regular client meetings to review security needs and performance.<br />·        Develop and present security reports to clients.<br /> <br />3.       <strong>Financial Management:</strong><br />·        Assist with the management of the branch budget and ensure cost-effective operations.<br />·        Monitor and control expenses related to security operations.<br />·        Develop and implement strategies to achieve financial targets.<br /> <br />4.       <strong>Sales and Business Development:</strong><br />·        Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the branch territory.<br />·        Collaborate with the sales team to develop proposals and secure new contracts.<br />·        Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities.<br /> <br />5.       <strong>Compliance and Reporting:</strong><br />·        Ensure all security activities are documented accurately.<br />·        Prepare and submit regular reports to regional management.<br />·        Ensure compliance with all contractual obligations.<br /> <br /><strong>Qualifications:</strong><br />· Minimum of 3- 5 years of experience in security management or with at least 3 years in supervisory role.<br />· Proven ability to lead and manage a team.<br />· Strong knowledge of security operations and procedures.<br />· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.<br />· Ability to work under pressure and multi-task. <br />· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and security management software.<br />· Class 5 Drivers license - with a clean drivers abstract.<br /> <br /><strong>Work Environment:</strong><br />· The Service Manager may need to respond to emergency situations outside of normal working hours.<br />· The position involves both office work and on-site visits. <br /> <br /><strong>Benefits:</strong><br />· Competitive salary and performance-based bonuses.<br />· Flex Tiered Benefit Program (Bonze, Silver and Gold Plans)<br />· Pension Plan<br />· Company Car or Car Allowance, with fuel corporate card<br />· Wellness Package - including enhanced vacation and leaves.<br />· Professional development and training opportunities.<br /> <br /> <p> </p>Closing<p><strong>Allied Universal®</strong> provides unparalleled service, systems and solutions to the people and business of our communities, and is North America&#39;s leading security services provider.
