Overview
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and customer service, creating an inviting atmosphere for our guests. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for preparing and serving beverages, ensuring that each customer has an exceptional experience.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces.
  • Provide excellent customer service by engaging with patrons, taking orders, and making recommendations.
  • Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments and giving change.
  • Monitor inventory levels of beverages and supplies, restocking as necessary.
  • Adhere to all food handling and safety regulations to ensure a safe environment for both staff and customers.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food items when applicable.
  • Manage time efficiently during busy shifts to ensure prompt service.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in the restaurant or food service industry is preferred.
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact positively with guests.
  • Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately.
  • Knowledge of food handling practices and safety regulations.
  • Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively during busy periods.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with cashiering systems is a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $17.20 per hour

Flexible language requirement:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Evening shift
  • Every Weekend
  • Monday to Friday
  • Overtime
