Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced restaurant environment. As a Server, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere for guests, taking orders, and ensuring that all dining experiences exceed expectations. Your ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively with the kitchen staff will be essential to delivering high-quality service.

Responsibilities

• Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using the restaurant’s ordering system.
• Provide detailed menu information and make recommendations to enhance the dining experience.
• Ensure timely delivery of food and beverages to tables.
• Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments and providing change.
• Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and service stations.
• Adhere to food safety and hygiene standards at all times.
• Upsell additional menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure proper order preparation and presentation.
• Address guest inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally.

Experience

• Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a restaurant or hospitality setting.
• Knowledge of food handling practices and food safety regulations is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with cash handling procedures and basic math skills for processing transactions.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with guests and team members.
• A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn are essential traits for success in this role.
