<h3>Job Description</h3><p>Job Description<p><p><b>Roles and Responsibilities:</b><b><br /></b></p><p><b>Solution Architecture & Design</b><b><br /></b></p><ul><li>Lead the design and architecture of the ServiceNow APM solution, aligning with business goals, CSDM (Common Service Data Model), and enterprise architecture standards.<br /></li><li>Define and implement the Application Portfolio hierarchy, lifecycles, scoring models, and assessment frameworks.<br /></li><li>Integrate APM with CMDB, ITSM, SPM, CSDM, SAM, HAM, and Discovery for accurate data governance.<br /></li></ul><p><b>Implementation & Delivery</b><b><br /></b></p><ul><li>Drive end-to-end implementation of APM modules (Application Portfolio, Technology Portfolio, Business Capability Mapping, Application Services).<br /></li><li>Ensure high-quality configuration, customization, and integration across ServiceNow modules.<br /></li><li>Lead workshops with business stakeholders, architects, and IT leadership to define requirements and outcomes.<br><br></li></ul><p><b>Governance & Data Management</b><b><br /></b></p><ul><li>Establish processes for application rationalization, technical debt management, and cost transparency.<br /></li><li>Define governance models for APM data quality, lifecycle management, and portfolio insights.<br /></li><li>Support integration with external tools (e.g., EA tools, financial systems, cloud platforms).<br><br></li></ul><p><b>Stakeholder Engagement</b><b><br /></b></p><ul><li>Act as the trusted advisor to CIO, Enterprise Architects, and IT leadership on Application Portfolio strategy.<br /></li><li>Work closely with Business Relationship Managers, IT Finance, and Enterprise Architecture teams.<br /></li><li>Provide executive-level reporting and dashboards for application value, cost, and risk analysis.<br><br></li></ul><p><b>Innovation & Best Practices</b><b><br /></b></p><ul><li>Stay current with ServiceNow product roadmap, especially APM, SPM, and related modules.<br /></li><li>Define best practices, design patterns, and reusability models for ServiceNow APM.<br /></li><li>Guide technical teams and mentor <span >developers/administrators.</span><br><br></li></ul><br />Requirements<p><b>Required Skills & Qualifications</b><b><br /></b></p><ul><li>Min 8+ years in ServiceNow with 5+ years as ServiceNow Developer; minimum 2–3 years of hands-on APM implementation and architecture.<br /></li><li>Strong hands-on experience with APM, SPM, CMDB, CSDM, and Discovery.<br /></li><li>Solid understanding of business capability mapping, application lifecycle, scoring models, and rationalization frameworks.<br /></li><li>ServiceNow configuration, Flow Designer, Integration Hub, APIs, and data modeling.<br /></li><li>Knowledge of enterprise architecture frameworks (TOGAF, Zachman, etc.).<br /></li></ul><p><b>Soft Skills:</b><b><br /></b></p><ul><li>Excellent communication and stakeholder management.<br /></li><li>Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.<br /></li><li>Strong leadership in workshops, governance, and strategic initiatives.<br><br></li></ul><p><b>Certifications Preferred:</b><b><br /></b></p><ul><li>ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (APM or SPM).<br /></li><li>ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).
