You will be responsible for delivering value by leading and executing against a comprehensive product vision and roadmap across the customer journey and ensuring all enterprise products within our portfolio are aligned with the vision. You will also focus on driving sales, improving efficiency, and customer satisfaction through the delivery of compelling and quality products and work collaboratively with and inspiring engineering, UX, and other teams across our portfolio brands. Core Responsibilities:

  • Sets the product strategies and executes the roadmap for the enterprise product by gaining a thorough understanding of customer needs, collecting and documenting the use cases and requirements.
  • Drives growth for the business by applying domain expertise to provide thought leadership and translate vision into action.
  • Utilize data, research, and user insights to identify growth opportunities and make decisions
  • Evaluates research and market analysis, meets with third party vendors, and maintains knowledge of industry innovations and technology platforms to inform the strategy for product.
  • Analyze the financial and business impact and ROI of proposed product updates and prioritizes updates to support the roadmap
  • Drive product development through the product life cycle by advocating and rigorously enforcing the execution of the agile process and scrum practices
  • Manage the successful product development and delivery through excellent program management skills
  • Define project scope, goals, and deliverables, and manage the project timeline and resources.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and status reports, and communicate project status to stakeholders and upper-level management.
  • Define and track priorities and critical tasks, organize and run program and production meetings.
  • Identifies goals, metrics, and KPIs to measure the success of the product and its individual features, and continually makes recommendations and refinements to the product
  • Drives operational excellence to create internal customer satisfaction and meet product metrics while prioritizing customer needs
  • Understands and articulates the product value creation and business proposition to functional partners and stakeholders

Experience/Qualifications:

  • Significant experience in product management, program management, and domain knowledge of retail, ecommerce, marketing, merchandising, and/or end-end supply chain/logistics.
  • Experience leading enterprise technology implementations and software integrations with 3rd party systems, ERP systems, and/or other ecommerce product/systems
  • Ability to cultivate collaborative partnerships across teams internally and externally
  • Extensive experience working in an agile environment and scrum practices
  • Deep curiosity, drive to solve complex problems and ability to break-down ambiguity into action
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks (strategic and tactical) and deliver results in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment
  • An entrepreneurial mindset and evidence of “fast startup execution” and “get it done” attitude.
  • Experience working and collaborating with senior leadership teams in a fast-paced, cross-functional organization
  • Strong strategic, analytical, and organizational skills, including development and implementation of metrics/KPI, systems and processes
  • Excellent writing, visual, and presentation/communications skills
  • Successful management of a suite of products
  • Skilled at prioritization, scheduling, critical path management, status reporting, and stakeholder communication and management
  • High attention to detail and accuracy along with the ability to prioritize conflicting requirements in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
  • Highly organized; happy juggling many things at once and good at time management
  • Experience with SQL, Lucid, Jira, VMO, Google Analytics and Heap
  • Engineering or Computer Science degree and MBA preferred
