About the Role

This is a multi-faceted role—part product owner, part UX/CRO strategist, and overall steward of Pehr’s global digital flagship. The ideal candidate is equal parts creative and analytical, with an unwavering focus on delivering a best-in-class shopping experience for our community.

This role requires strong leadership skills, including the ability to communicate with senior stakeholders and prioritize projects that align with Pehr’s strategic goals. The role will initially have two direct reports but as the business grows, this team will expand, so we’re looking for an empathetic, organized, and clear communicator who is excited to lead.

What You’ll Do

Merchandising & Customer Journey Optimization

  • Overall responsibility for the presentation of Pehr’s catalog across all digital channels.
  • Own the merchandising of the site(s), ensuring an inspiring and seamless customer experience.
  • Use data insights, qualitative analysis, and customer research to continuously evolve the shopping journey.
  • Work closely with the broader marketing team to ensure digital campaigns translate seamlessly across all touchpoints.
  • Work closely with the Wholesale team to support the digital journey across all channels 

eCommerce Product Owner, Website Evolution & Innovation

  • Own the execution, optimization and ongoing maintenance of Pehr’s eCommerce store(s).  
  • Stay ahead of industry trends by performing competitor analysis and bringing forward recommendations to enhance the user experience and own the digital roadmap.
  • Manage the relationship with our external web agency, overseeing the product roadmap, deliverables, and development budget.

Campaign & Product Launch Execution

  • Partner with the Planning/Product Launch team to execute product assortments and merchandising strategies.
  • Own the execution of campaign and product launches on the eCommerce platform.
  • Design and build landing pages that support marketing campaigns.

Analytics & Forecasting

  • Ensure data consistency and develop easy-to-digest reporting for key KPIs and core business metrics.
  • Analyze trends to identify opportunities for growth and optimization.

Paid Media & Performance Marketing Collaboration

  • Work closely with Pehr’s Social Media Specialist and VP, Marketing & eCommerce to drive paid media strategy and execution.
  • Provide ongoing insights to optimize marketing performance across all digital channels.

Dynamic Content, Email, & SMS Strategy

  • Collaborate with the Marketing Director to define and refine Pehr’s email, SMS, and dynamic content strategies.
  • Own and optimize Klaviyo data flows to enhance customer engagement and retention.
  • Oversee A/B testing across the customer journey

Location & Work Environment

We believe in the power of collaboration, which is why we operate in a hybrid work environment. Our team works in-office on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays at our beautiful studio in central Toronto (Annex/Yorkville), with flexibility for remote work on Mondays and Fridays.
