<h3>About the Role</h3>
<p>We are looking for a Mid-Level Frontend or Fullstack Developer to join our AI-driven statistical research project. In this role, you’ll design and build intuitive, user-facing features that make complex data clear, usable, and engaging. You’ll leverage modern JavaScript frameworks and CSS design systems to deliver professional, polished interfaces that enhance user experience.</p>

<h3>Responsibilities</h3>
<ul>
<li>Develop and implement user-facing features using modern JavaScript frameworks (React, Angular, Next.js, Svelte, or similar).</li>
<li>Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code for frontend components.</li>
<li>Apply strong UI/UX design skills to create professional, polished interfaces.</li>
<li>Optimize applications for maximum usability and performance.</li>
<li>Document your reasoning and ensure results are clear, reproducible, and reliable.</li>
<li>(Optional) Experiment with coding agents such as Lovable/Windsurf/Replit/Cursor/etc to boost productivity.</li>
</ul>
<h3>Your Profile</h3>
<ul>
<li>2–4 years of professional experience in frontend or full-stack development.</li>
<li>Proficiency with at least one modern framework (React, Angular, Next.js, Svelte, etc.).</li>
<li>Strong command of CSS, including frameworks like Bootstrap or Tailwind.</li>
<li>A strong eye for design and user experience.</li>
<li>Excellent communication and documentation skills in English.</li>
<li>Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, or a related field (preferred).</li>
