Job Description

As part of the Finance and Accounting Team, the Senior Financial Analyst will handle audit reconciliations and financial statement reporting on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis. This role is also responsible for conducting financial analysis to support company decisions using data related to historical performance, market trends, industry benchmarks, and economic factors.


Responsibilities

  • Complete audit reconciliations and financial statement reporting on a monthly, quarterly, and annual schedule.
  • Ensure timely delivery of all required reports.
  • Perform financial analysis and reporting to help guide organizational decision-making.
  • Collaborate with various teams to gather necessary financial information and insights.
  • Prepare presentations for leadership based on financial findings.
  • Employ SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
  • Use accounting software to perform financial transactions and reporting.
  • Generate data visualizations to simplify and clarify complex financial concepts.


Education & Experience

  • CPA certification is preferred.
  • Proficiency in financial analysis and data interpretation.
  • Familiarity with Sage 300 software (preference).
  • Solid understanding of financial principles and concepts.
  • Strong work ethic and a collaborative team approach.
  • Capable of effective verbal and written communication.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
