Senior Financial Analyst
Job Description
As part of the Finance and Accounting Team, the Senior Financial Analyst will handle audit reconciliations and financial statement reporting on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis. This role is also responsible for conducting financial analysis to support company decisions using data related to historical performance, market trends, industry benchmarks, and economic factors.
Responsibilities
- Complete audit reconciliations and financial statement reporting on a monthly, quarterly, and annual schedule.
- Ensure timely delivery of all required reports.
- Perform financial analysis and reporting to help guide organizational decision-making.
- Collaborate with various teams to gather necessary financial information and insights.
- Prepare presentations for leadership based on financial findings.
- Employ SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
- Use accounting software to perform financial transactions and reporting.
- Generate data visualizations to simplify and clarify complex financial concepts.
Education & Experience
- CPA certification is preferred.
- Proficiency in financial analysis and data interpretation.
- Familiarity with Sage 300 software (preference).
- Solid understanding of financial principles and concepts.
- Strong work ethic and a collaborative team approach.
- Capable of effective verbal and written communication.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
