<p>The Senior Analyst, Corporate Finance has responsibility over financial modelling, presentations, speech writing, the drafting of management discussion & analyses, the financial statement close process, and decision support in corporate development activities.</p>
<p>Directly reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, the Senior Financial Analyst will be deeply involved in a range of strategic initiatives. Scope of financial management responsibilities include:</p>
<li>Develop and maintain financial models</li>
<li>Develop and implement creative financial analyses</li>
<li>Manage external service providers including banks, tax advisors, transaction advisors, and lawyers</li>
<li>Develop and implement internal control procedures to guarantee the effective implementation of internal controls in compliance with legal and reporting requirements and to providing accurate financial results</li>
<li>Responsible for monthly financial closings including the preparation of journal entries, consolidation, reconciliation and report generation</li>
<li>Provide analysis and due diligence support on acquisition activities </li> <p>TMGNY</p> <p><p><b>Job Requirements:</b></p></p> <li>CPA accreditation required</li>
<li>Previous experience in a big-4 accounting or consulting group</li>
<li>A go-getter with a track record of execution and a bias for action</li>
