<h3>Job Description</h3><p>Job Description<p><p>Senior Denture Technician (Bilingual – English/French)</p><p><strong>Location:</strong> Ottawa, ON</p><p><strong>Schedule:</strong> Full-time, Permanent</p><p>Overview</p><p>We’re hiring a <strong>Senior Denture Technician</strong> to lead advanced removable prosthetics work and mentor teammates. The ideal candidate is <strong>bilingual (English/French)</strong> and comfortable collaborating with clinicians and colleagues to deliver accurate, aesthetic, and durable outcomes across traditional and digital workflows.</p><p>Key Responsibilities</p><ul><li>Lead complex denture work: full/partial setups, full wax-ups, conversions, relines/repairs, and finishing.</li><li>Own quality at each step; perform in-process and final QC to reduce remakes.</li><li>Work across analog and digital workflows (model prep, design collaboration, 3D print/mill finishing).</li><li>Document precise case notes, photos, and timelines in lab software for smooth handoffs.</li><li>Partner with clinicians and internal teams to clarify prescriptions, materials, and delivery dates.</li><li>Coach junior technicians; share best practices and contribute to SOPs and continuous-improvement projects.</li></ul><p>Qualifications</p><ul><li>5+ years’ denture laboratory experience with strong manual dexterity and detail orientation.</li><li>Mastery of denture anatomy/occlusion and full-arch principles; digital experience is a strong asset.</li><li>Clear, professional communicator; <strong>bilingual English/French strongly preferred</strong>.</li><li>RDT designation (or eligibility) is an asset; comfort with CAD/CAM and 3D printing is preferred.</li></ul><p>Culture & Growth</p><p>Join a collaborative team focused on professionalism, reliability, and continuous improvement, with opportunities for training, upskilling, and leadership growth.</p><p>Compensation & Benefits</p><ul><li><strong>Base compensation:</strong> <strong>CAD $73,000–$104,000 annually</strong> (annualized from market rates; based on a 40-hour workweek; final offer depends on experience and scope).</li><li><strong>Comprehensive benefits package.</strong></li><li><strong>Company-paid relocation.</strong></li></ul><p><br /></p></p></p>
