What you’ll be doing:
- Lead end-to-end delivery of data management services across complex, multi-study projects.
- Serve as primary client partner, ensuring quality, precision, and on-time execution.
- Oversee project planning, execution, database lock, and close-out.
- Develop Data Management Plans (DMPs) and ensure compliance with GCP, SOPs, and regulations.
- Drive quality oversight, issue management, and process improvement initiatives.
- Support business growth through RFPs, bid defenses, and tailored solutions.
What you’ll need:
- Bachelor’s in life sciences, health, or related field.
- 8–10+ years in Clinical Data Management, including 5+ leading projects.
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology, pharmacology, GCP, and regulatory requirements.
Excellent communication, project management, and client-facing skills.
