Job Title: Senior Business Analyst
Contract Duration: 3 Months
Pay range: C$600 – 650/day
Location: Toronto, ON
Work Type: Hybrid, 3 days Onsite and 2 days remote

Description:

Are you a skilled business analyst looking to make a significant impact on complex I&IT initiatives?

Project Overview:

Our client is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to join our team and provide expert guidance on a wide range of projects. You’ll work closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs, gather requirements, and deliver effective I&IT solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive business analysis to identify and document client requirements.
• Develop strategies, business cases, and cost-benefit analyses.
• Facilitate workshops and meetings with stakeholders to gather requirements.
• Create business process models, data models, and system functional requirements.
• Collaborate with development teams to ensure solutions align with business needs.
• Monitor project progress and resolve issues.

Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience as a business analyst in an I&IT environment.
• Proven expertise in business modeling techniques and tools.
• Strong understanding of business process re-engineering, system enhancements, and user training.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-based environment.

Bonus Points:

• Experience with GUI design tools (e.g., Balsamiq).
• Knowledge of enterprise architecture standards (GO-ITS 56).
• Experience with Document Management Systems or CRM systems.
