I work on two types of recruitment: temporary and permanent on the South Shore of Montreal. Our team of finance experts speaks your language and operates in your world. We cover accounting, finance and payroll.</p><p>I'm looking for a Senior Accountant for my client, a manufacturing company. This is a permanent position in Saint-Hyacinthe.<br/>Key duties and responsibilities:</p><p>❖ Initiate new projects<br/>❖ Assign hours worked to the correct projects<br/>❖ Enter product cost prices into our activity/project accounting software<br/>❖ Invoice projects according to work progress<br/>❖ Compare project-related materials with purchase orders<br/>❖ Respond to all financial analyses related to projects<br/>❖ Perform all other tasks and duties inherent to the position<br/>❖ Customer billing, customer file tracking<br/>❖ Accounting cycle<br/>❖ Inventory management<br/>❖ Payroll verification<br/>❖ All other related tasks<br/>Qualifications:</p><p>*Bachelor's degree in accounting or equivalent experience<br/>*4 to 8 years of experience.<br/>*Excellent command of Microsoft Office.<br/>*Knowledge of ERP systems: Microsoft Business Central/Dynamics/Navision.<br/>*Experience in the manufacturing sector.<br/>*Bilingualism, as the person will be communicating with the head office in Chicago.<br/>*Independent, resourceful, with strong organizational skills.<br/>*Ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, and make decisions proactively.<br/>*Attention to detail, thoroughness, and precision.</p><p>PROCESS: First interview with Fiona Moulin, recruitment consultant, then with the human resources generalist.<br/>To apply: www.fedfinance.ca<br/>To contact me: (438) 525 0279</p>
