You will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing and analyzing reports, assisting with budgeting and forecasting, and ensuring compliance with internal controls and financial reporting standards.</p>
<p>The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, analytical, and thrives in a dynamic manufacturing environment. You are comfortable working collaboratively across departments and take pride in delivering timely, accurate financial information that supports strategic decision-making. Responsibilities include:</p>
<li>Oversee financial accounting, cost accounting internal control and KPI reporting</li>
<li>Assist, where required, on the annual budget</li>
<li>Prepare supporting account schedules and reconciliations</li>
<li>Cash flow tracking and bank reconciliations</li> <p>TMGCT</p> <p><p><b>Job Requirements:</b></p></p> <p>Required Skills:</p>
<li>CPA designation or actively pursuing CPA preferred</li>
<li>Minimum <b>3 years of progressive accounting experience</b>, ideally in a <b>manufacturing environment</b></li>
<li>Strong understanding of <b>accounting principles and standards</b> (ASPE or IFRS)</li>
<li>Experience with <b>ERP systems</b>, with a strong preference for <b>Microsoft Dynamics</b></li>
<li>Advanced proficiency in <b>Microsoft Excel</b> and financial analysis</li>
<li>Excellent attention to detail, problem-solving, and organizational skills</li>
<li>Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively</li> Apply
