<h3>Job Description</h3><p>Job Description<p><p>We are seeking an experienced <strong>Scrum Master</strong> to support a high-impact software packaging and deployment team within a secure and collaborative engineering environment. This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to drive Agile practices, manage integration efforts, and ensure successful delivery of software solutions.</p><p><strong>Description</strong></p><p>The Scrum Master will work closely with the Software Packaging and Deployment team.</p><p>- Facilitate the removal of impediments to ensure team progress and commitments are met.</p><p>- Working closely with Product Owners, other Scrum Masters, Architects and our Customer.</p><p>- Collaborate with external vendor technical staff, provide status updates, and manage escalations.</p><p>- Assist the product owner with keeping the backlog groomed.</p><p>- Configuration management and project management activities.</p><p>- Guide the team in producing achievable plans during program increment planning.</p><p>- Foster Agile and Scrum principles within the team and their programs.</p><p><strong>Skills</strong></p><p>Scrum methodology, Software development, Agile, Software integration, Git, VMware, Windows, Antifactory, CI/CD, Linux, C#, Java, C++, Jira</p><p><strong>Additional Skills & Qualifications</strong></p><p>- 5 + years&#39; experience working on software integration projects.</p><p>- 2 + more years of Scrum Master experience (Software <span >Development/Integration</span> project experience).</p><p>- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams within the business unit (Developers, Testers, Product Owners, etc.)</p><p>- Experience working with remote/hybrid teams </p><p>- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related discipline (or equivalent experience) </p><p>- SW Development and Test experience (C#, Java, C++, Python)</p><p>- Git (GitLab, GitHub, etc.)</p><p>- CI/CD (DevOps principles)</p><p>- Jira/Confluence</p><p><strong>Job Type & Location</strong></p><p>This is a Contract position based out of Nepean, ON.</p><p><strong>Pay and Benefits</strong></p><p>The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $60.00/hr.</p><p><strong>Workplace Type</strong></p><p>This is a hybrid position in Nepean,ON.</p><p></p><p></p>À propos d&#39;Actalent: <p> Actalent est un chef de file mondial des services d’ingénierie et de sciences et des solutions de talents.
